Making sense of the "Racist" cry is so important. Can we talk about it? How about solutions?
Laws tend to do a couple things. First they give a statute that can be taken before the courts to help settle a case. But the other thing it does is that it allows for people to use it as a misinterpreted battle cry. And what is the cry? Well ever since Affirmative action was put into place, It has opened the door to an every increasing cry using the word "Racism". It is the new battle cry for just about everything. It brings the word fairness into the center of everything but the problem is, who decides? Everything can not be settled in a court of law so it has turned into a bettering ram of intimidation.
